"An excellent service. I’ll give 5 stars. I had to take ride up till JFK Airport. it was the awesome ride. i enjoyed talking to driver. on the way down driver bought a coffee for me and behave nicely.my flight was at 630 pm, i had the reservation at 10;30 am, driver was at my home at 10;20 he keep sitting and call me exact at 10;30 that he is here to pick us up. He was in-time In this 3 hours ride we had about 2 stops on the rest areas, we were at Airport at 2; 15 pm. I highly recommend to take this cab. i had a 3 days early reservation and got brake in the price. Driver told the prior reservation reduce the cost,Cab was nice and clean.The driver was friendly."

"Called 1 hour ahead for a cab, which didn't show up after 45 mins of waiting. Dispatcher said the driver couldn't find my house. Additionally one of the dispatchers working was incredible rude on the phone, although the other dispatchers were nice and helpful. Lateness caused me to cancel a Dr. appointment. Not a reliable service."

"We were picked up last Saturday. The driver looked up our flight, noticed it landed early, and responded by arriving early. We ended up being delayed on the tarmac until our normal arrival time, and the driver waited without complaint. The car was clean, the driver was quick to get our bags in the car and very polite. I will definitely use this company again next time I need service to/from ALB."

"I simply don’t have enough positive things to say about this company. From minute one their service was better than anything I have ever experienced. I contacted them looking for some pretty last minute transportation. Not only that, but for one of the busiest weekends of the summer. They went ABOVE and beyond to not only find us transportation that would meet our needs, but also work out something that fit our budget. They were always incredibly fast in responses and I truly felt as though I was family to them with the way they spoke to and treated myself and my whole group. We were given all information for our driver ahead of time. He was always early, had great communication, and of course, we felt incredibly safe with his driving. If every company was run the way they are, we would live in a much better world! I would give so many more stars if I could. Thank you guys, and can’t wait to book again soon!!"

"Worst Taxi service I’ve ever experienced. When they tell you the cab is 10mins away, It’s actually actually an hour. People who are trying to get to work and doctors appointments ON TIME can’t rely on them lol."

"Sunday 10/15 at 2pm intersection of willet and state st in Albany- all stuck in traffic but the driver of the cab with no passengers and his wife in the front passenger seat cut off every one in state making it worse so I say what he is doing is stupid and they call me a redneck bc they cut Ppl off. Never ever use this company."

"Called last minute for a ride from Jefferson, NY to Albany airport after our plans had changed. They picked us up within an hour, right on time from when they said they would be arriving. They got us to the airport safely and within a quick timeframe. Saved the day! Thanks again."

"The Seven Eleven taxi company arrived on time to pick us up at 1 in the morning out in hoosick falls NY for our flights out of Albany. On our return trip they were already outside waiting for us. These guys are amazing company. Would recommend to anyone who needs travel anytime & doesn't want to pay for parking your vehicle. Price was fair for their time & gas prices 2 vans for 8 people. Will use again in the future for any trips."

"I tell you, Mr. Moe is courteous and kind. A very safe driver, and he is always on time for my pickups. I wish more taxi services would let you know, if they are running late. It's always something about the driver. Moe's vehicles are always clean and the driver's are courteous and respectful. I'll always call Moe first before calling another taxi service. I feel SAFE when I ride with Moe's driving services."

"Very disappointed with this car service. Original quote was $160 and Mo promised me was sending "his best driver" to pick up my parents from the airport. The flight arrived at 6:17PM. The driver left with them by 7PM but claimed "extra wait time" because the airline lost my mom's wheelchair legs. Given the fact that the driver should have calculated time for the passengers to unboard the plane, wait for their luggage, etc., leaving 43 minutes after the flight landed doesn't seem excessive. Regardless, I agreed to an additional $40 fee at $200 total. Then, the driver stopped at a McDonalds to use the bathroom and get a milk shake, making them wait 15 minutes, which was the same amount of "extra time" the airline spent looking for my mom's missing wheels. The driver told my parents he doesn't work for Mo, he works for another company and gave my parents his other card and said he could give them a better rate so we should call him for the return trip, not Mo. Clearly this was not Mo's "best driver." To add insult to injury, Mo charged me a total of $240, loistig teh $40 overage as a "tip" on the square recipt, which I absolutely was not told would be charged and if I did, I would have declined the tip because of how awful the experience was. I am currently disputing the unauthorized charge with my Amex and awaiting Mo's response. Save your money and go with anyone else - these guys are shady, tell you whatever they think you want to hear to close the deal and then will literally attempt to steal from you by overcharging your credit card. Utterly ridiculous."
