"I chose this taxi service not based on the reviews here but by what appears to be excellent communication from the owner of this company. I can tell by the few negative reviews here that the owner shows humility and integrity when his company messes us. I understand mistakes can happen but the way this company handles those moments is the reason I booked my ride here. That said, my experience was completely positive. I scheduled last night for a ride to EWR airport this morning. The owner communicated quickly and kept me up to date on my ride. The price was fair and quoted in advance. The owner was also my driver today and was on time and a pleasure to ride with. This is a local business that I will continue supporting. Best of luck during what must be a difficult business environment. Keep up the good work!"

"We called to be picked up at 6:30pm. The driver started calling us at 5:45. We explained we'd be outside in front of our hotel under the marquee at 6:30 which we were. He was no where to be found. We called and he was on the wrong side of the building. When we got in the taxi we were shocked to see a shower curtain was the partition between us and him. We asked if he could pick us up after our event and he said to call and he'd pick us up. We called and no answer. The message said the mailbox was not set up. We tried the main number for the taxi company again no answer. Thankfully some kind people gave us a ride back to our hotel."

"I haven't used this company but there's no way I'd ever give them a chance. One of the drivers of this company was one of the most dangerous people I've encountered on the road. No use of turn signals. No checking mirrors to make sure no one is in their way. Speeding through school zones. Cutting people off. Jumping red lights so bad they almost RUN the light. Then he has the audacity to flip me off when I honk as he almost Clips my car while cutting me off with no signals or warning. If I could report the driver directly, I would. But clearly this company has enough issues there's not even a place to report dangerous drivers."

"Called at 2pm for a 3pm pickup in Bethlehem, they said okay no problem. I gave them my address and everything, so they said "see you at 3!" 3:05 comes around so I call back, and they hadn't even sent out a driver. Ten minutes later I get a call from another man (the driver) asking for my address, because the man on the service line never told him where or what time to get me, and was only notified of my pickup after I called the second time at 3:05. Didn't get picked up until 3:30 which is what time my appointment was in Allentown. horrible service, horrible attitudes, would NEVER recommend."
