"Highly recommend Night Rider Taxi! I was on a solo trip to Sedona and needed transportation to Flagstaff to fly out and I called weeks in advance to set up the ride. Franny was awesome! She was an excellent driver, great communicator, and knowledgeable of the area. It was a beautiful drive and I asked if she’d bring her dog along and she did. Tank kept me company in the backseat and he was the most lovable big baby of a dog! So sweet. I would definitely call again for a ride when I’m back in Sedona. Riding with Franny was like riding with a friend. A really cool one with a great dog!"

"Too expensive. Yes, nothing is free but most things are fair. Charged $50 one way from Sahuarita to Airport. The lower end of Sahuarita close to Pima Mine Road. That’s not a $50 one way trip. After arriving back home a different service called and her charge was only $20. I can provide you all with her information. If I get any neg response I have my receipt to post."

"I needed a taxy in Tucson for multiple rides. My calls to Yellow Cabs were very stressful. Yellow Cabs do not guarantee that you actually get a taxi. You are on the mercy of the driver. Then I called Royal Taxi. It was a quick service, and I started to use it every time when I need a taxi. It arrives always on time, the car is clean, and drive is pleasant."

"Karla was very pleasant and kept me updated on her arrival while helping me with my suitcases. However, I am giving her a 3-star rating because her website is misleading when it comes to pricing. She initially quoted me a fare of $55, and when I asked if that was just an estimate based on the $0.86 per minute rate listed on her site, she confirmed that it was. She texted me at 10:17 to let me know she was on her way, and I exited the car at 11. The ride actually should have cost $37, yet I was still charged $55. I chose her service specifically for the pricing, but it ended up being more expensive than other options I considered."

"Absolutely loved our ride. We were screwed over from reserving with yellow cab and the manager of Enterprise at Superstition gave us this lady's number. She arrived within 10 min of being called and was friendly and we were able to make our flight on time . If not for Rideshare Momma we would have been screwed. We appreciate you thank you 😊"

"Terrible service from the get go. Where to start? They hung up on me at first rudely for no reason. I had to call several times to actually reach someone. Then when I finally do.. the guy on the line takes down my address wrong. I wasn't aware until my driver picks me up and he starts heading the wrong way! We end up arguing about where he is taking me, which is absurd. I feel like if the customer tells you; "hey you are heading the wrong way" you should turn immediately and follow directions. The guy who took down my address wrong can’t even speak English right. Nothing against him, but if you are going to be a phone operator you need to understand the language to write it down correctly! He acts like I don’t know where I asked to go! He had to confirm over a phone call, and still charged me for him going the wrong way. Ridiculous. A 6 mile ride was 25. They are straight up crooks and I will never recommend their service to anyone or call them again. Also if the customer service is not enough to discourage you from calling these clowns..the vehicle I was picked up in was also dirty and looked like it just came out of a murder scene. I only used them because I was getting my new debit card in the mail.. so I couldn’t use lift or Uber. If cash is your only option, I suggest walking instead, or taking the bus then using this service. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy."

"Called dispatch for a ride and how long it would take to get a ride and they said they didn't know because they only had 5 drivers for the for Phoenix only. I order it anyways cause I had cash only 3 hours later still to discount cab at all I DO NOT recommend discount can for any kind business"
