"Customer service has gotten terrible in the last few years! Never really had any major issues with the companyup until recently!! Sad to say but there is a few dispatchers that are just down right horrible and the attitude that they display is just so nasty!! I'm speaking particularly about this one lady and several ppl have said the same thing. She's just rude for no reason at all. The wait time is horrible as well....nobody should be told 10 minutes just for the cab to arrive close to an hr after you call, nobody should be told that the driver should be arriving any minute only for the driver to not show up or to arrive 25 minutes later. Then they get an attitude if you cancel the cab after waiting a half hr or if you leave without canceling. And it's a shame that they act like nobody can speak to Brian the owner."

"Not only did the diver not help me load my groceries in the car. I heard him say there's a $12 minimum charge, when I got to my destination he fare was $7 or $8.80 he said the minimum fee was $15. If people have a problem dealing with people of another race the shouldn't be in the hospitality industry."
