"Sometimes they're an hour early dropping me off an hour before my appointment, and sometimes they are an hour late meaning my appointment is in 15 minutes and they called me to tell me my ride wouldn't be here for 20 minutes, and had no explanation even though I've given them 72 hours notice before I was supposed to be at a much needed appointment. Sometimes the drivers are cool sometimes it feels like I would be better off getting a lift or Uber because it feels like I'd be safer being driven by a blind person with no arms and legs. Sometimes they use turn signals, sometimes they don't and it feels like I'm going to get into an accident riding in their vehicles."

"We made plans to be picked up at our house to go to the airport at 4 am this morning. We confirmed the night before, as requested, and confirmed via text as well. They never showed up. We texted them multiple times and also called them numerous times. They never responded. We had to scramble to find an alternative mode of transportation at the very last minute and missed our flight (which was a connecting flight for an intentional trip). We are very disappointed, as this caused significant issues for us. We do not recommend their services."
