"Dismiss the fact that it's the only car service in the immediate area, Tava Cab exceeded my expectations for a car service pretty much anywhere. They were efficient, easy to get a hold of, reliable and had ample space in the vehicle that I was picked up in. I cannot recommend them enough for any kind of pick-up/drop-off or even delivery service in the Woodland Park and Divide areas. In addition the owner is kind and made me feel very comfortable, very much a Southern belle now Coloradan and I only hope she's able to continue to grow and expand her business. "Hello, I wanted to inform you of an upsetting taxi last night. We checked with the driver on price and showed him the price on the wall before we got in the car. Then he turned his meter on about halfway through we asked why we agreed to the price listed at the airport and he said “I need to make money this is what you will pay”. which ended up being 30$ more than agreed to/ 150% payment. "Unfortunately, I was quite overcharged for a taxi ride from the airport to my home, according to the prices posted in the window in the taxi. The driver would not change the price. There is also no meter in the cab. Calls and e-mails to rectify the situation were not returned. Do not recommend."

I'm getting older and don't like to drive if I don't have to and ECTCLLC made my trip today to and from the Hugo hospital absolutely enjoyable with engaging conversations and making me feel more relaxed because I honestly don't like hospitals. "Would give ZERO stars if I could. Had a confirmed pick up time of 4am, confirmation text saying it was good. 4am rolled around and I received a call from the driver, saying he had just than received the pick up request. He was 30 mins away from my location. Upon arrival, the driver was extremely friendly and everything went smoothly. It just was a stressful start, sounds like something needs to change with dispatching."

"I had a ride scheduled for 4 pm, talked to someone at 3:40 to confirm pickup, was assured pickup was scheduled. Then by 4:20 when noone was here I called and they said I'd have someone here in 15 minutes. I canceled and will never use again. My friend will probably miss his bus now because of their disorganization."
