"Under new management and the service has declined greatly. The owner Scott fired the best drivers and hired whatever he can get. JB is gone the driver that people wrote great reviews about. Cars are broken, the dispatcher Lisa doesn’t like to do anything but sit and look at her phone and watch TV. I was yelled by one of his drivers and Scott said it had nothing to do with him. I made a complaint about Lisa and he ignored me. I am a commuter from Metuchen to NYC on the weekdays, I guess I am back to Lyfts and Ubers. This taxi company sucks!"

"I have used them for 10 years. every time I go to airport I use them JFK Newark . A1 taxi drivers are so friendly and helpful and even help with loading and unloading bags. They never charge for waiting. Rates are reasonable. I even call them from out of country to ask them to come and pick me up from airport coming back to my home and they do not change me for waiting. Really nice drivers and owners."
