"I booked two rides: one from the airport to Waikīkī and the other from Waikīkī to the airport. The pricing was neither flat-rate nor transparent, as the reservation system didn’t disclose the cost upfront. I ended up being charged $45 for the first ride and $58 for the second, which was on the meter. For the $58 ride, I had booked for two adults and one infant, but the car arrived with the front seat packed with the driver’s belongings. This forced both my wife and me to sit in the second row with the car seat, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Next time, I’d opt for Uber XL instead. * I gave 2 stars because the first ride was fine."

Within 15 minutes, they showed up at picked me up. The driver was friendly and I had a smooth ride to the airport with no delay. Dependable and great service!"

"Awesome experience. Communication was spot on. Driver rescued us in a pinch late in the evening at the beginning of the trip. Friendly and helpful. He can navigate the streets of Oahu like a pro. I requested a ride by email a week ahead of time, I did not have an answer within 4 days, so I reiterated my request and I finally got a reply the day before I need it. So once I got the confirmation, I was relieved. But, while I was ready to be picked up and head to the airport, the cab did not showed up on the time of the schedule. The hotel had to call the company to know what happened. The driver arrived 20 minutes later. Once arrived at the airport, he told me he does not take credit card but only cash, which I did not have. And it had never been mentioned by the company. So the driver drove me out from the airport to an ATM, so I can withdraw money. DO NOT RIDE with this unreliable company if you don't want to miss your flight or waste your time."

"Complete rip off! $36 charge for a 1.1 mile ride to my car. When I asked why so much the driver said tax, tax! When I received the text receipt the charges were not itemized which seems like a scam to me! Save yourself a horrible experience and call yourself an Uber!"
