"Unreliable and dangerous. They cannot arrive on time no matter how early you arrange a ride. The vehicle that arrived needed new brakes, new shocks, an alignment, a muffler.... it made so much noise. It creaked and groaned and shrieked the entire time. This guy drove horribly. Too fast then slam on breaks to avoid hitting someone then fast again, weaving in and out of lanes, cussing at other drivers. My back actually hurt after being tossed around so much. This was the worst ride I've ever had."

"0/10. Our driver was very clearly intoxicated. I can’t even believe this company allowed him to get behind a wheel and drive. The cab itself sounded like it was going to break down any minute. Almost crashed twice… barely stopped at a stop sign, almost got T-boned. He was on his phone while driving us, which is just extremely unprofessional and dangerous. Very lucky to have made it to our spot safely. Will not use this service again. Don’t waste your money, just get an Uber or Lyft."

He mentioned that their service was "black tie" and that they were fully booked, but when I asked for the website to explore options, he continued to interrupt me and raised his voice. It's important to remember that good customer service involves respectful communication. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed and frustrated. I had expected a luxurious experience based on their online promotion, but the interaction was far from it. To make matters worse, he hung up on me. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects poorly on the company. There’s a need for better manners and professionalism in customer interactions. If I could give zero stars, I would do so proudly."

"I found this company when I was in desperate need. They were 30 mins from me, but that didn't matter. He sent me a driver right away. The driver was nice and mind you I needed to be dropped off 2 hours away at the airport. The vehicle was clean and had charger outlet to charge my phone. "I57 was backed up, traffic going about 30mph. Some idiot driving one of these cabs came flying up about 70mph swerving before finally cutting me off and slamming on his brakes. Nearly caused a big pile up before cutting across 2 lanes and taking off west on I80. He's lucky I didn't catch his ass."

"I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I had to for this company. I called to be picked up from the Amtrak and got a driver in less than fifteen minutes. Other taxis told me more than an hour! My driver, Summer and I chatted the whole ride to my hotel and she was even kind enough to help me load my bags in and out of the car."

"I never got to actually see a car or how the drivers perform. We scheduled a pickup and received a text confirming the time, as well as a driver name and phone number. Unfortunately, they never showed up. The driver was contacted and he said he “I know of a ride but I wasn’t told to go” and the director said he’d call back and get a ride for us. 10 minutes later I had to get a random Uber driver. I hate Uber. Make if it what you will. I’m always going to be upset when someone doesn’t show up to take the family to the airport."
