"Bad, bad,bad. Waited from 1138am to 1255pm, with only one call after 30 minutes tardy to say he would be 5 minutes. Don't lie like that for a pick up service! Keep your customers informed, our time is valuable as well. I'm glad I wasn't trying to go to work, I would have been in big trouble. Waiting an hour and a half for a ten minute ride is unconscionable. I'm disabled and can't walk to the bus stop. Never going to even try to use this service again."
