"Had a great experience with Grove Street Taxi. Booked the Luxury SUV because there were 6 of us including 2 toddlers who needed car seats. So glad I did. Mohammad was a wonderful driver, very communicative and on time. Made the commute into the city very easy for us. Would definitely use them again in the future."

"Prebooked a ride back from JFK. Because of construction at JFK, they couldn’t pick us up - which we only learned after waiting for an hour. After an hour I asked to cancel the reservation so I could get a cab or uber instead, and the person I spoke with at the company (not the driver) tried to guilt me by pointing out it’s not the driver’s fault. If the company wants to profit from rides from JFK while there’s construction there, then this is a cost of business. I certainly hope they paid and didn’t punish the driver for this, because the driver presumably just did as he was told, following the company’s allocation decisions."

"Zero stars! I live across the street from this place. I needed a cab to the airport for a 6am flight. I walked in @ the place stinks like cigarettes! The old man behind the desk on the phone was coughing up a lung-disgusting. They don’t speak English & I had to give him my phone number 3 times. He started yelling “No No” as I was telling him my number. It’s an odd phone number but it’s not fake! I had to write it down! It was around 1pm & I wanted a cab @ 3am, he didn’t understand that and started yelling at me again in Spanish-like he didn’t believe the time. I said “forget it” & I left so disappointed!If you’re a woman & don’t speak Spanish-don’t bother!"

"ZERO STARS! Terrible Taxi Cab Service. I called them 15 minutes prior and they informed me they would be 10 minutes away to pick me up. 10 minutes pass and I call back for them to basically have never sent a car to pick me up and told me I would have to wait another 10 minutes. That’s 25 minutes total versus the original 10 minutes I was told to wait. It was 2 AM and completely empty outside. Non reliable company with terrible communication."
