"As everyone else has stated, this cab company is trash. Never use them if you can avoid it. They don't use their meters and lie to you so you can pay way more for a drive that should/could/would be much cheaper if they used the meter like they are supposed to. This is why Uber/Lyft will continue to grow in areas like this. I have pictures of the cab number and the sign on the door that states they will use their meters at all time. Be prepared for this to be reported to the appropriate New Orleans authorities."

"Driver did not use his meter and tried to scam us out of $110 for a fair that usualy runs about $20. The police were involved and recommended we contact his company. We did so, but the company disclaimed all responsibility, calining the drivers were completely independent. Never use these cheats."

This company and the person that answered the phone was so very rude they hung up on me and our local tow driver who recommended them. Do not recommend if you are in an urgent situation. Luckily Uber came through for me and my two young kids."

"I think this may be a good cab if you don't want to be slowed down by simple things like traffic or minor accidents. I witnessed the cab strike another vehicle, pause momentarily and then depart at speed. He then locked his brakes to avoid traffic ahead of him moving at speed stat or moderated by safety concerns. After locking his brakes and swerving, the taxi driver went ahead and pulled off the next ramp to the benefit of society. The cars around this cab were operating quite normally, the behavior of this cab was creating problems for others and himself but maybe there's a passenger looking for exactly this experience."

"Has zero respect for school kids, my son was getting on the bus this morning, while cab 69 sped into the residential parking lot doing 30mph disregarding the school bus red flashing lights. I have recoding and proof of how fast this driver drives. He speeds through the parking lot all day long while kids are playing outside with zero regards. Everyday he speeds I will post the videos on how reckless this driver is and how this company gives zero cares for our children. I also filed a police report reporting this driver as I have pictures of his plate and cab number."
