"I used to always order taxis from here because they were cheaper than uber/lyft . I ordered one today and they charged me 20 for a 15 min drive. I know that you guys say yall charge for every mile but 20? When in uber it was only 10 dollars for me to get there, next time im going to check which one is cheaper because you guys like to scam and overcharge people , especially the elderly.just a tip for the people who order taxis, ask on the phone how much they charging because they charge you after your trip is finish. I’m so disappointed. This is supposed to be cheaper than uber not more expensive . Do better"

"I have used this company before but will never use it again! The driver this morning was straight out of a hip hop video and was a very fast driver. I was afraid I was not going to get to the airport and that I was going to die on the highway! But that is not all! Once I got to the airport he did not accept credit cards because he claimed that the machine wasn’t working. So we had to search for an ATM like we are back in the 1990s so I could give him cash! I will never ride with them again and do not recommend!"
