"Fairly nice driver, but have to downgrade for a few reasons. The guy threw out a cigarette right as he pulls up, so I have to get in his smoke smelling car, which was also pretty dirty. Then we're told its $50 if we use credit, which was exorbitant for an 18 mile ride, by comparison Uber would have been about $30. To add insult to injury as some of these taxi services do, he had a very cumbersome remote credit card machine that invariably has trouble connecting to complete the payment. I even had to sign a physical receipt(!) Talk about working back in the 20th century. It's no wonder young people so much prefer Uber and Lyft with absolutely no exchange of money in the vehicle and no delays and hassles."

"The driver was nice and they picked me up in a short period of time however it cost me $100.00 to get home which was only 20 minutes from Ann Arbor .. Uber was only charging $56.00 for the same distance .. this was a huge rip off and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. My Uber app wasn’t working and my phone was about to die .. spoke to the manager and complained and he just said it was inflation .. you have been warned"

"Writing reviews is normally a waste of time - however this company deserves all 5 stars. We just had a death in the family and I needed to fly my dad out to MBS (MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AS WE KNOW!!!) and get him a ride PAST CASEVILLE towards port austin. These guys found me a driver to drive from MBS to Port Austin at 10:30 at night with 3-4 hours notice. This company will do whatever it takes to help a client out - worth every penny. They saved myself and my father a night full of stress trying to figure out how to get him back with his immediate family so they can be together. Not only were they available, they tracked his flight, found him at the airport and assisted him throughout the entire end of his travel which was stressful due to his bereavement. Thank you so much All Hours Taxi. You guys drove 3 hours to help out a family in need at the drop of a dime."

"I live on the west coast and needed to schedule a cab to take my senior mother safely to Detroit airport in the early morning hours. I needed to count on someone to be there on time, make my mother comfortable, and drop her off at the airport. I found it surprisingly hard to find a cab that I could trust. When many won’t take reservations, then I can’t sleep until I know my mother got into a cab at 2am my time. Green Cab has a new owner, who wants to do a great job. And Green Cab did a great job. Thank you for taking care of my mother. I will use you again soon."

"Got stuck at a hotel in Petosky and was in desperate need for an early ride. Jamie is a super cool dude and a safe driver. His car was clean, he showed up immediately, and we made it to the destination. A taxi ride is not generally something I'd think to leave a review for, but I can say that when I need a ride, I'll be asking Jamie. He's a great guy and I highly recommend his taxi service if you're in the Petoskey area!"

"NEVER AGAIN! We requested a taxi to run us up to the gas station to fill our portable container - the Dispatcher told us that would be no problem and informed us that the "Driver" would be at our home in 30 minutes. Well, The Driver NEVER arrived. We called the Dispatcher back only to be forwarded to a voicemail...well, guess what - the mailbox was full. We waited two hours before finally reaching someone. He stated that the Diver claimed that We were picked up and dropped off back at home! No! We were waiting outside and the Driver NEVER came! Because of this..I missed an important meeting. I don't even want to imagine if someone needed to get to the airport and missed their flight. If You have an important trip...Skip this company! ZERO stars!"
