"My driver was holding his phone adjusting the radio while driving, which is illegal, so I asked him to please put the phone down while driving. He told to leave me on the sidewalk in a wheelchair half way there. We worked it out via the dispatcher. Then he ran a red light. Unforgettable cab ride."

"Ordering taxi was quick and easy. Driver was 5 minutes early for pickup, which was nice, and called as well as texted me (although the text was in Spanish) to let me know she was there. Driver was nice and we had a good conversation. At destination I was told the fare was $50, even though I was quoted $35 on phone. Was surprised at how big a difference this was and said something to driver. Without any argument she agreed to $35, which was amazing but made me question the accuracy of the $50 fee. I had great service and would use again, but definitely getting quote first."

"Yellow Cab doesn't even deserve 1 star. My 96 year old resident has been waiting 45 minutes for a cab. I called them after waiting 15 minutes and they said "a few more minutes." I called again at the 45 minute mark and they said "a few more minutes" and then the dispatcher hung up on me. I called back and they let the phone keep ringing and wouldn't pick up. Yellow Cab really needs to step up with their customer service skills among other things. I called back 5 minutes later to cancel and when they finally answered, they said "thank you" and hung up. They didn't even ask what the location was. Like WHAT?!! The resident decided to take the train instead."
