The driver told me I forgot my phone which was the real reason why I am giving them 5 stars. (I've "lost" a few phones in cabs.)"

"I called for a cab over an hour ago. They never showed up and the only number they have listed keeps going to a voicemail that has not been setup. If this is a legitimate cab company, they should have at least one other contact number and a voicemail or answering system. What if someone needed to cancel the drive, how would they reach the driver or the company? While typing this review, I have still not been able to reach anyone to see where my taxi is or the estimated time of arrival. I cannot even cancel the service request. This is my first time using this company. I am not satisfied. It is very unprofessional."

"When I first used them service was excellent and reliable. Lately I've been using them to get home from work at least 3 times a week. Recently the service has been unreliable, leaving me waiting in a parking lot for up to 30 minutes, with no communication from them. I've even had to call and check on my ride. I understand that I don't have "big" tip money or go very far, but I would think repeat business means something. Last night between 7 and 8 all I got was voice mail. No ride. The people are friendly"

"I never really give reviews, but today it's necessary. I was behind one of these van taxis today (P28). He drove way under the speed limit, crossed the center line multiple times (probably looking at his phone, but I don't know), used no turn signals, and ran TWO red lights. One in which he was stopped at for awhile. I stayed stopped and it turned green about 20 seconds later after he ran it. Impatient I suppose. The second was yellow, but turned red while he was in the intersection. I decided to call and report this driver. Turns out the "manager" was the driver. He denies it all in which I proceeded to tell I was behind him, so I saw. He then just accused me that I was just in a hurry, but I was not. I was actually early this morning. So instead of good customer service and admitting his driving was under par, because as a taxi driver of public transportation, it certainly was under par, he chose to deny and just say I was in a hurry. I was not, but even so, texting and driving, running red lights, and no turn signals would not be because someone was in a hurry. I was sure to let him know that I'd never use his company as he's an unsafe driver. Moral of the story, you shouldn't use this company either! I'd call Uber or gladly WALK instead of calling ABC taxi. Bad driver and very rude man. His 3.8 low rated google stars obviously support the fact that this cab company is not good."

"Frodizzle is the best taxi man in town....hands down. Once again, he got me where i needed to go, with a smile and the special service is to die for. He told me all the safe spots to pick up escorts and who to avoid. Pretty sure he nudged me to pick a cousin but ohh well he/it/she was wild. Thanks again will be back soooon."

"Omg I'm giving 5 stars so people can see this rating they deserve no stars this was the most horrible experience of my entire life I'm from oklahoma city and this man took me 1 mile total and charged me 14 dollars... he tried to charge 18 dollars I went from the super 7 inn to the chevron what a scam plus tried to drive out of the way not knowing I'm familiar with tupelo. Wow don't use the scam artists use Lyft."

"On a cross country trip our car was disabled. We called yellow cab who promptly picked us up and made an extra stop to help us out. The driver, Charles was so very sweet and chatty he could be anyones good friend. The problem was that the car #26 kept stalling. He was so embarrassed and apologetic but I felt sorry for him. It seemed unsafe in that he's going to get rearended. They need a more reliable car. Fee was low compared to what our local norms are. Thanks for helping us out!"
