"On October 1, 2024 a Laclede cab driver #1179 arrived to my home to take me and my daughters to the airport. She arrived on time. Very nice lady. I was dissatisfied that she got lost and that cost us additionally . I feel that she should have deducted that time from my bill. When we arrived back in town, the cost for us from the airport to home was $43.00. I ended up paying her $61.00."

"They absolutely havethe worst service in the world. The driver from Friday was very rude cab#1073 When I got into her cab I said good morning and she didn’t speak back, secondly she took the street way to my destination making me late for and the price was 50 dollars into the usual 40 dollars, and third she didn’t have the correct amount of change and she still owes me 3.00 dollars. I took another taxi over the weekend and they driver made me pay in advance before he would start the car, needless to say I will not be doing anymore business with them I will be taking Uber from now on and they are cheaper."

"This review is coming all the way from Dallas, TX. My husband left his contact lenses here in Texas prior to leaving for his trip to Kansas City, MO. & so I was able to find emergency pairs of contact lenses in his prescription at an eye care place but I needed to find someone that would be able to pick them up and drop them off to him at the location he was at, as he was too busy with work to be able to go get them himself, especially since the eye care place was going to be closing soon and they are closed the next day. Luckily I google searched and was able to find Local Budget Cab Co and Jacob was able to help me get these contact lenses from point A to point B, for my husband. You guys saved the day for us as well as the rest of my husbands trip. Thank you so much!"

"Was behind License plate LK0-L1X driver was swerving in between lanes and almost caused two wrecks. I called yellow cab to tell them not once but twice and both times they hung up on me. Obviously they don't care about roadway safety."

Wouldn't surprise me if the one I caught today (17 April 2024) might be the same jerk that was on my security camera speeding down the alley last year to do a hit and run on a bicyclist.
