"I have been trying to get in contact with a operator for a long time. I always even end the call and call back and still nothing. A reliable Taxi driver claimed to have pick me up and never did and took my money! This is ridiculous. I was charged for a ride that i never took and on top of that he charged me for a waiting fee as well."

"one of these guys was on neird yelling like he was on drugs very hard to miss in a cab that has the phone number on it, i would not recommend this service if the drivers are not screened and doing drugs, yelling homophobic slurs at random people walking on the street this incident happened today, if this guy wasn’t driving erratic aswell i could have gotten his plate number but it’s very easy for the owner to know who this cab driver is"

She says she's waiting for Reliable cab service, everything she calls there's a recording, asked how long she been here? I tried calling for her. I got recording as well. I looked for another taxi company oh and behold I got thru to New Line Taxix 3 minutes they showed up. I called them thanked them for their cab for total stranger"

"I did not have to get in a cab with this individual to have a bad experience. They were parked in front of my house, not picking up a passenger or dropping anyone off, instead they were taking the trash from within their car and throwing it in front of my house on the ground, while I stood there. When I said something to them, they peeled off. No wonder you have such bad reviews; if these are the kind of drivers you have, the bar for integrity is low there."

"I took this cab the other nite to city MD I was not feeling well at all the driver a old light skinned man with all white hair became very irate because he didn't know where the place was so he starts screaming at me then says "I HOPE YOU DIE" I've been so upset I haven't been able to sleep thru the nite when I called the dispatch I was told he had the address I've used this car service for over 20 yrs I am so upset especially when I'm already sick and you say something like that to me for no reason yes I went off after he said that and I didn't pay and I'm gonna report him to TLC he's always like this but that remark no I'm not letting that go he shouldn't be driving he's very old and cranky with everybody bad for business I had him in the past and he's always very nasty but I would ignore it but not this time what would possess you to talk to any customer like that"
