"I wouldn’t recommend using their services. The cab driver was nice. However, he kept saying how Taxis are cheaper than Uber or Lyft nowadays. I was curious how much cheaper but at the end of our ride the charge was $73. I should’ve been patient and waited for the Uber driver at the airport which quoted me between $27-$35. Definitely will be sticking with Uber rides."
- Shanda Reyes"My driver (#112968) took me on a long route to a restaurant hoping I wouldn’t notice, saying that it was far away when it was only 13 min drive per google. When she bypassed the exit and I called her on it, she turned her gps on and stopped talking to me. When I asked for a discount at the end for the bad route, she got disgruntled and argumentative. Wouldn’t rec a company that allows this type of driving."

"We have been using Western Cab for many years. They have always shown up not only on time, but early. We have never had an issue with them. Recently, Gino in dispatch went out of his way to ensure that we had a ride to the airport, and the driver, Eddy, called to confirm 1/2 hour before. It is nice that someone answers the phone as opposed to automated. We will continue to use Western Cab in the future."
- Diane White"Our cab driver … number 131 car last night, went out of the way driving us through a side street under road construction on Dean Martin Blvd … sat stalled for 20 minutes. What cost us 27 dollars getting to our destination cost us 47 dollars on the way home. Needless to say, we did not tip him."

"This cab ride was so great! My driver's name was Larry. Wish I could remember his last name. He was so kind to me. I was upset about my situation. I'm disabled but able to walk he helped me out. Made sure the pple were there. What a kind kind man. I certainly appreciate that kind of cab driver. I was kind of scared after reading some reviews. Not after Larry!! 🙏"
- Brenda McDermott"Absolutely the worst cab drivers. On two separate occasions, I rode with this company, both drivers were extremely rude slamming trunk doors because I didn’t tip. The reason being is because of the poor customer service and reckless driving. Neither driver cared to exchange a single word or were too busy on a personal call to care throughout the full 30 min drive to the airport. Also, neither helped with the luggage from the start. And they get so butt hurt for not receiving a tip, one even questioned me why I didn’t tip him. Absolutely ridiculous, i’m not obligated to tip anyone. I’m usually generous and will tip all the services I receive; however, not in these instances with the type of attitude I was getting from these drivers."

"Watch out ladies!! My friend and I caught a ride from a Nellis Cab company driver from the Golden Nugget hotel down on Fremont, and asked to be taken to the bellagio. The taxi driver at the time was trying to go on the freeway instead of taking shortest travel trip on the Las Vegas Boulevard towards our destination. When we asked him to not take the freeway he started mumbling about prices being different with longer distances and speaking partially in an accent so I couldn't understand him completely. We continued to ask him to not go on the freeway. I also looked at my GPS at the time and there was a traffic accident on the offramp we were heading towards. Given the predator activity in the US, my friend and I began to panic and became distraught. He continued to argue with my friend and I after asking several times to just pull over at the next freeway exit or sidewalk. The driver then threatened to drop us off on the rush hour highway. I told him he was welcome to do so, as we just wanted out asap. I told him I knew he was intentionally trying to rip us off and that if he dropped us off on the highway that he wouldn't get paid. He immediately pulled back out into the highway and passed another exit after, again asking to be let out. He continued to argue with us and continued to drive to the Bellagio. As soon as we arrived at the Bellagio I was incredibly scared and having a panic attack, I was shaking and trying to get the trip paid so I could get out of the car. When my friend asked him to unlock the door he wouldn't open it and insisted that it was "automatic". my friend asked him multiple times to unlock the door and he wouldn't. She then began to panic, rolled down the window and climbed out of the window. I watched him hit a button to unlock the door when he saw me paying. He got into another verbal altercation with my friend outside the car. I had thought that I paid and was in a panic when I pulled my card out, I didn't realize that the payment hadn't dinged and cleared yet. The driver then screamed at me saying that I didn't pay. So I immediately sat back down in the car to show him I wasnt intentionally trying to rip him off and he blocked my door out of the car. I also have a pictire of him doing so. I was trying and check my bank account to see if it had cleared, but I was shaking so badly and had no internet connection, I couldn't even pull up the information, so I just paid again and got the receipt. The driver left immediately before I could even contact police or security. I would also like to note that the driver's taxi cab information including license Etc was not listed in the cab anywhere, because I looked first and last thing for the info. I have a cab number, license plate and picture of this driver. In addition to his info not being posted, the cab fair was not posted in the vehicle when we got in and the cost was not visible while we were driving. The fair rate didn't even appear on his screen until we got to the final destination. This incident set the tone for the rest of mine and my friends trip. We don't travel or vacation often and I now have an anxiety attack whenever we might have to resort to getting another cab in Vegas. With sex trafficking and predators, two women alone in Vegas, these kind of behaviors from this driver are definitely not okay. Unlawful detainment, felt like a kidnapping. I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else. Cab company is Nellis Cab. The plate number was 679S79. Cab # 804"
- Amber Fisher"I would also leave a 0 if I could. The only reason I took a cab to my hotel from the airport, was because there was a line up and people guiding me there. I thought it would be easy. The taxi driver asked where I was going. I said, “Tropicana but I need to check the address.” I was trying to find it on my phone. The taxi driver was very inpatient and immediately said, “Tropicana I know where that is.” I tried again and said, “Well I have the address.” She said, I don’t need an address I know. I naively thought, “good driver, she knows their city.” She took me to the wrong place and charged me $30. I completed the transaction before getting out of the cab.. then realized she didn’t take me to the correct spot. This bug eyed driver was extremely rude. Said I would have to pay more to get to where I wanted to go.. terrible. Use Uber! Unfortunately, this review probably won’t help. Anyone who doesn’t “know” is just gonna see the line of taxis and they will get business. Terrible Terrible experience. This all happened after a late flight around 1130 p.m. on Sunday 11/12."

"I scheduled an early morning ride to the airport and it did not arrive on time as promised. When I called the computer (there is no option to talk to a person) said it would start looking for a driver but could not estimate when one would arrive. The cheerful confirmation that my ride was scheduled that I had received the night before meant nothing."
- Anne McCarten-Gibbs"I used yellow cab yesterday I had requesteda pickup time of 11:50. I received a call about 11:15. Driver thought pickup time was 11:30 so I quickly got ready to go. The cab was absolutely filthy. Handle to get in was so dirty as well as the rest of the cab. Empty drink can on the floor too. When I need my ride back home, I tried about 5 times and was hung up on. I finally had to find another way to get home. I'm an 87 year old an use a walker. The few other times I've used yellow cab were fine"

"Our taxi driver was SO scary to drive with. In the car was 4 Middle Aged adults and every one of us were so scared. Very fast driving! Taking corners way too fast, Tail gating and switching lanes like a mad man. I was not impressed at all!!"
- Lindsey Hemara"These drivers are scammers!!! I came home from airport, Uber and lift wasn’t working so I took the taxi this time. The drive was very chatty, too chatty. Took multiple wrong turns and missed exits on purpose because of “construction”. Went the opposite direction of my house and said to avoid construction which there was none at all. When confronted about it he made up the excuse and drove a lot faster turning around. The driver turned a 10minute drive 20+ minutes (extended it by about 7-8 miles at least) to get there just so they can hustle money from teens. Towards the end he offered me a cash discount or pay the machine with card and he refund me cash. I asked the driver about if they have dash camera, and he acted like he doesn’t know what it is. After contacting the company I never got a call back and they are unresponsive. Imagine what they would do to actual foreign people or elderly people that don’t know what to do or even know what they are doing. Highly don’t recommend."
