Company gave 50% refund on a $300 ride when they were aware that the car had issues days prior and did not do anything to address them. Bad experience and would not recommend!"

"A Road Breeze Rides driver, Varun, went above and beyond and really helped me out of a transportation jam. My flight into Manchester was delayed by 24 hours and then rerouted through VT due to inclement weather. Even though I didn’t arrive until 24+ hours after our agreed upon pick up time, he stayed in communication with me throughout all the travel faff and was at the airport to pick me up when I finally arrived. To top it off, his car was clean and prices reasonable. I’d highly recommend this company, especially for airport pickups."

"I called to schedule a ride for my 16-year old son as he was landing at Manchester airport late at night. They quoted me $80 for the ride over the phone. After showing up 10 Mins late, they ended up charging my son $100 for the ride, my son gave a 20% tip, and then they also charged another 6% processing fee. The total ride cost $126. I called just now to complain. They said “I told you it would be about $80”, I responded that he did no such thing, he stated $80 in a clear and concise manner. He apologized saying “well maybe I was busy when you called”, I told him that is not my issue, if too busy to properly reserve and quote a ride then don’t answer the phone. He ended with, “sorry sir this will not happen again.” But did not offer to reduce the cost."

"I made a reservation the day before for a 4:00 pick up and was informed around that time they would pick me up at 5:00. What’s the point of a reservation if you can’t get close to the time?! Never again."
