"I'm a driver at this company. But I saw they hiring a lot of driver but not enough passengers. Waiting too much time to receive a passengers. Not enough money to earn. I'm waiting last 4 days but I can't receive any passenger. Then I call customer service they tell me they priority full time driver not a part time driver. But they hire every 15 days lot of part time driver. It's not only me my 3 friends tell me same thing."

"Let me start by saying I have been a dial 7 customer since I moved to the city 9 years ago, so I have been a loyal customer up until now. I landed after my flight and got the email and text confirmation as usual to click ready when you’re ready for pick up, I did. Notice said I would get my car info in a minute or two like usual. 10 mins later I got no email so I called. Dispatch had a problem and my driver was still 30 mins away. After waiting 40 mins the car finally comes. As the driver was driving through the city he started fiddling with his phone causing him to swerve and people to beep, creating unsafe conditions to the point i had to ask him to stop his phone and please pay attention to the road and wait til we are parked. We are parked I already prepaid so I should be set to leave and run to work just being late, wrong. The driver forces me to stay In his car bc his app with the company isn’t working to put his tip in (which is what he was fiddling with making unsafe conditions) He’s trying to call his company and not letting me leave while I’m literally begging him to let me leave (which is already a scary thing to deal with as a woman traveling alone) and I keep telling him I’ll call the company after I make it to work. I finally get out of the car and call dial 7 requesting a refund or something because they were egregiously late and put me through unsafe conditions and I unfortunately had the displeasure of speaking with the Manager Susan who instead of apologizing after hearing the above decides to lecture me about dial 7’s policy regarding credit cards - I don’t care about that. I’m calling about the fact you are a car service with my flight info meant to pick me up on time to make my life feel safe and easy. Instead I was forced to wait with no information, and put through unsafe conditions, while the manager refused to acknowledge what happened and refused to listen to me. I don’t know who hurt Susan to make her speak to people the way she did at a customer support facing job, but for the sake of your safety and sanity USE UBER OR LYFT and pray you don’t have to talk to Manager Susan about anything because she will refuse to help and give you nothing but an extra headache. The car ride is recorded I kept telling her to literally listen to the tapes, you can hear everything I say is accurate. I understand the competition is high with services like Lyft and Uber, but Dial 7 is never going to be able to compete with them if this is how management treats their loyal customers. Will never waste my time with Dial 7 again. Be warned there are so many other car options out there!"

"I was involved in an accident on April 19 and have been trying to get in contact with the company since April 20. The cab driver never asked if I was OK nor does it appear that he even reported it."

"Cabbies will charge hidden fees and are in with the Bell Hops to make an extra buck. Stay away from the black SUV's. Very expensive and don't tell you anything up front."

Oriol always arrived at our pick-up locations before our scheduled time. He was professional, courteous, flexible, and friendly. "We book our travel to and from the airport with NYC Perfect Transportation each time we visit. Booking is easy, and Donny is always so helpful with any requests or questions we may have. The drivers have all been polite and friendly and professional. We request Benjamin each time, but even when he has already been booked, and we were assigned different drivers, they have all been wonderful! They all are great at communicating, are always prompt, the cars clean and comfortable, and the driving is excellent! We would not dream of using another car service. Enjoyed the ride so much that we booked a return trip with them back to the airport at the end of of our vacation. Will definitely use NYC Perfect Transportation again on our next trip to NYC!"

"Dispatchers are liars. They will tell you they sent a car and never did. I waited for a cab for 40 minutes. Dispatcher said the driver was there and he called you but you didn't answer. Liar i was in front the entire time no call. This game went on for 40 minutes. The driver that picked us up earlier did not have a Tlc license no indication he worked for Liberty but he did illegally. We struggled to use our seat belts as they were covered to protect his car but not us. But thankfully I took a picture of car, license plate, driver and recorded our conversation as he confirmed he worked for Liberty. For years they have operated illegally. Our car was in the shop so I called them. First call is to the TLC commission first thing Monday morning."
