I've used their services three or four times, and every driver I've met has been punctual, comfortable. They all know how to make your tour fun and worth repeating. "I was absolutely blown away at the poor attitude and service of Max (who said he was the manager)! I called from our company where I am a manager to report one of their drivers who was speeding excessively in our community. I explained we have a posted 10 mph speed limit throughout, as well as children and pets present, and his driving was unsafe. I was simply calling to request that the management speak to the driver to request they be more aware of their surroundings, and drive more safely. I had even taken a picture of the car with the plate number so he could look up who it was in the taxi log. Max's response to me? "Ma'am, we have 10 drivers, so there's no way I could know who he is. I'm sure he wasn't driving too fast. I really don't care about your picture or what you think happened." This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service, especially when the safety of others is at risk. I was very kind and respectful in my request, and when I mentioned reporting to the authorities and BBB, he simply told me to "go ahead". Surely you people aren't that low."

"Excellent service to and from The airport! Maxx provided great taxi service to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. He was on time, very polite, and professional. Larry provided excellent taxi service on my return trip. My flight was delayed 3 hours, but Larry was there the minute my flight arrived. He was so friendly, polite and professional. "Panorama Cab Service was an exceptional experience. We used the service to the airport and when we returned. The driver was the owner and he was exactly on time and very friendly. The vehicle was roomy and clean. The driver communicated extremely well and even came into the airport to let us know he was there. It was a snowy ride back from the airport and the driver drove very carefully and we felt safe the entire ride. I would recommend them highly!"

"I had a serious car accident today. No one was hurt, but my car is undriveable. I was supposed to pick up my Mom's shih-tzu from daycare, and she was getting a little frantic about how we were going to do that. The dog is an ESA for depression and anxiety, so it was doubly important we pick her up instead of having her boarded. To make matters worse, a snow storm came up, the temperature dropped, and visibility was really bad. I tried places like Lyft, called around, and this is the only service that would take my call. I felt like an angel had descended from on high to help me. I had a very kind gentleman from this taxi service pick me up tonight, in a snow storm, to pick up my mom's dog from daycare. This meant driving on dangerous roads, having to have his car completely detailed before he took it out again (pet allergens), and just generally going out of his way. He had the opportunity for three different fares, but he still took ours. He actually said that just seeing how happy it made her was worth the all trouble. He was kind, funny, and a very safe driver. I definitely put his cab service in my phone because they're now my go to. If you're reading this - thank you again!"

"If you ever find yourself in Cincinnati, I highly recommend Moe's airport taxi service. I got his contact during my stay at the Hilton Netherlands Plaza, which is also worth checking out. Moe was friendly and responsive right from my first call to him for a ride to the airport. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and was incredibly patient as he picked me up from the Bengals home game. Moe's calm and kind demeanor made the ride back to the airport a joy. He shared his love for Cincinnati, and I got to talk about my first experience in the city. I feel grateful for the ride and plan to look for Moe whenever I'm back in Cincinnati. His excellent service, punctuality, and willingness to make a stop for a last-minute souvenir made the experience outstanding.
