"Booked a taxi the day prior for a 6:45 am pickup at 6:55 I called the company and they did no answer for over 5 minutes. I subsequently drove to the airport which will cost me 4x as much as I had arranged a ride home. 50 minutes after the ride was scheduled the driver called me. This is not the first time this happened- last time I had booked a few hours prior. I am done with them as I need reliability"

"Unfortunately had a similar experience to other reviewers here. Booked a ride a couple months in advance in anticipation of an early flight out of EUG. They called 20 minutes before scheduled pickup to say my ride would be delayed at least 45 minutes and I should try to find another way there. Thankfully there was an uber driver in my area who accepted my ride, but there were very few uber drivers out at that time, and I could have missed my flight."

"Booked a cab the day before I needed it for 6:30am. I got a message at 6:30am(the time they were supposed to be picking me up) that I would now be picked up at 6:52. I called and was told they were short staff that am and the earliest they could pick me up was 6:52. I told them I had scheduled a specific time because I had a flight to catch. I also told them they should have stated that they can’t guarantee a time and in this case I would have made other arrangements. All the guy did was connect me to his supervisor’s voicemail. I left a message and said I wanted a call back. I was not picked up until 7:00am during which time I could have called an Uber and been half way to the airport. I was quoted the ride would be $42 but was charged $47. I wasn’t going to argue with the driver since I was already late. Still waiting on that call…….."

"My driver was great. Showed up about 3 minutes early, got me to the train station and wasn't chatty! Note: you can't tip the driver after like you do in rideshares so be sure to tip before leaving the cab!"

"Worst company ever. They have there drivers ignore there insurance company after running someone off the road, injuring them, doing damage to motorcycle & person. Life altering injury. I can't even get my motorcycle fixed by them. they don't do the right thing. Ignorance is not bliss. They suck. This is my experience, I'm sure there R many others."

"This was an absolutely unfunny comedy of errors. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, because people are always so ready to complain. It wasn’t the fault of any one person; our driver barely spoke English, and my hat is really off to him for doing the best he could in terrible traffic, but the driving itself was terrifying. I had to sit in the front seat and try to explain what his GPS was telling him. This is after two calls to get him to our location to pick us up, and then he took us to the wrong address. I’m not sure where all the communication breakdowns between him and dispatch happened, but the trip probably ended up costing $20 extra. I tipped the poor guy because he was clearly trying. But god y’all - this was not a good experience in any way."

"Richard rescued us when our car broke down on our anniversary getaway, and we are SO thankful. He was great company, a safe driver, and the car was very nice too. He even sat an waited with us while we figured out where the hotel lobby was hiding. Thank you so much, Richard. Highly recommend this service."

"I can't express enough the kindness Richard did for me today. Just passing through and had some car trouble. I called for a ride to autoparts store to buy some jumper cables. Richard went out of his way to assist by providing his own cables and jump when others couldn't. I was quickly back on my way. I'm leaving the Astoria area with a positive view all because of him. "We hailed a cab at the Portland Amtrak station yesterday, but when the man pulled up to us we could see trash all over the front seat of the van. He said he was going to clean it up and when he opened all the doors trash fell out of EVERY door. We had my 75 year old mother and 2 toddlers and we told him we weren't comfortable riding with him. He yelled at us saying, "It's just crumbs! I'll cover it with my jacket!" He kept yelling and insisting we get in the van until we told him we were going to call security. Very unprofessional, aggressive and just plain disgusting!"

"This company is now our go-to service for rides to the Portland airport from various points around Oregon. We used them last month for an early morning ride to the airport, and had a great experience. Company was very responsive (by phone, text and email) when we set up the ride, and our driver was courteous, professional, efficient and on time, particularly appreciated for our early am flight to the east coast. (The driver was also very friendly and upbeat, also much appreciated.). The fare was very reasonable and the company is very up-front about the costs. The driver helped us with our luggage and gave us some great tips about traveling around Oregon. We have another family member who used this company last year and also had a great experience, which is why we called them ourselves. They're now our ride service for the Portland area. FYI, Uber and Lyft do not always respond to areas outside Portland, so you'd best line up a reliable company like this one. Thank you, Metro!"
