No show up a 40 minutes late call back the dispater told me to call someone else cause one want to go there try and support the city and they respond that way,for now on I will support Uber or lyft. I only needed to about 6 block radis at laundromat mat cause my broke down. They are not for the people doing this pamedic but if the government shut down they be first to say we not making any money open the states back"

"I called for a taxi and was told it would arrive in 5-10 minutes. 2 minutes later I get a call from the same company saying something in Spanish. When I ask for English, I was told “wrong number” and the caller hung up. 15 minutes later I call for an update on my request and the dispatcher says that the car is on its way and to give it a few minutes. Another 15 minutes go by and I call and it goes to voicemail. I call twice. If you can’t service your customers with at least honesty, don’t expect high ratings. At a time when Uber/Lyft drivers are difficult to find, local taxi companies are what people rely on at late hours. Being “ghosted” by a taxi service is embarrassing on the company’s part. Go with other options, even if their ratings low too. At least then, you’ll get home eventually. If I could rate zero stars. I would."

"My friend was drunk. I called a cab at 8:30pm on a Saturday. I had to call them back 3 times. I was frustrated because 2 hours later THEIRS STILL NO CAB and my friend needs to get the freak home! I end up walking him all the way home. After I dropped my friend off these guys call me telling me the cabs here. I was so fricking annoyed. I'm downloading the Uber app right NOW! forget these guys."
