"Please do not use this company. My friend called me a cab and I was picked up at a bar at 12 something and my friends house was 4 blocks away. He dropped me off on a corner and left me there intoxicated and my purse is now missing. I called the company they said that he notated that he picked me up at 12:22 and dropped me off at 12:35 it doesn’t take 13 minutes to get from 2nd street to 6th and chestnut. As well as he lied about the pick up time because my friend requested the cab at 12:23 and I was still at the bar at 12:27 I checked cameras. The dispatch has been rude and telling me to call tomorrow to speak with the boss. I had to call the cops after I was dropped off and was taken to the emergency room but he threw me on the street like I was trash and my bag is missing. This is not okay. I will be taking legal action"

I was fortunate enough to choose Express Taxi Service. The owner informed me that I would be having a substitute driver and his name was James. I only waited a short time until he picked me up. And I had one of the most pleasant rides home. James was a true gentleman and family man. And we had a nice conversation from Chambersburg to my home in Orrtanna. He was very aware of the wet roads and the foggy conditions. I felt very at ease with him driving me home. I highly recommend this taxi service and also James if you’re looking for a safe and conscientious service. Job well done!"

"We had plane reservations with American Airlines departing Saturday, March 9th at 12:01 pm (flight to ABI) Reservation HZBRMN with stops in Chicago and Dallas. We were asked to change our plans and that AA would get a cab, give us a voucher and we'd go to Philadelphia for a later flight to Dallas because the flight from Chicago to Dallas was already delayed and would possibly be canceled. They called Good Cab Co. in Harrisburg. When we were picked up, the driver looked disheveled, the van he was driving was a mess. The windshield was cracked, seats torn, with holes, stains on seats, backs of seats, interior, dirt, crumbs on the floor. The left side door did not close the entire way-there was a gap that you could see light and it rattled the entire time. About 20 minutes from the airport on route 476 by mile marker 9.5, the van broke down. We pulled off on the left side of the 4 lane highway in the rain. We sat there for an hour and a half with no resolution in sight. Several calls were made to the company by our driver who would not really speak to us. I have a photo of him but I'm unable to upload it right now. We had to figure out for ourselves another cab that would pick us up along the side of the busy hwy. We did not make it in time to the Phila airport and needed to take a later flight to Dallas (which was delayed 3.5 hours), spend the night in Dallas airport, and did not fly to ABI until the next morning. We had to pay $40 cash (no receipt) to our new cab driver. I would suggest NOT ever using Good Cab Co. again. One of the conversations we overheard was that this man should not have taken an out of town transfer because of the condition of his vehicle. If I could rate them as ZERO stars I would. When my husband called to complain and ask for reimbursement for the other cab we needed to take and for missing our flight-they said it was the airlines fault/problem. HOW??"
