"Please do not use this company. My friend called me a cab and I was picked up at a bar at 12 something and my friends house was 4 blocks away. He dropped me off on a corner and left me there intoxicated and my purse is now missing. I called the company they said that he notated that he picked me up at 12:22 and dropped me off at 12:35 it doesn’t take 13 minutes to get from 2nd street to 6th and chestnut. As well as he lied about the pick up time because my friend requested the cab at 12:23 and I was still at the bar at 12:27 I checked cameras. The dispatch has been rude and telling me to call tomorrow to speak with the boss. I had to call the cops after I was dropped off and was taken to the emergency room but he threw me on the street like I was trash and my bag is missing. This is not okay. I will be taking legal action"

"I’m not poor by FAR, but today was the LAST time, me or any of the other 50 some odd people I know will use this cab company. I called them up, told them where I had to go and the guy I spoke to told me that as long as I’m not in ONE establishment more than 5 minutes it would be $16. I was in the first place 2 1/2 min and 3 in the other. I give the lady $20 and sit waiting on my change and she tells me that is how much she was supposed to charge me. NEVER AGAIN!!🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼"

"A good experience on December 18. Inclement weather did not prevent Professional Driver ANDY from providing great customer service to this old guy, on a dark, rainy evening. "It seems to me, and maybe it’s just me, that one of the key parts of being a good cab company is ACTUALLY SHOWING UP!! My driver never came to take me to the airport and when I called the dispatcher all he said was, “He isn’t answering.” No apology. No other options. No compassion for my situation at 5:30am. When I told that I had a plane to catch his basic response was, “Yeah, you’re f-ed.” I would most definitely do what I did, call Lyft or Uber. Unbelievably horrible service."

So I called this company and set up a pick up time for 6a.m.. no one showed up, I called and left a complaint on the message. They called back as I was driving myself to the hospital.
