"Absolutely trash customer service. Called a couple times to see where my cab was and each tike given a new ETA that passed before calling again. After over an hour of this nonsense, they answer and say "you can walk your @$$ home""

"Driver showed up in a random car, couldn’t route the directions so I had to use my own GPS to do so. Driver was erratic, and was getting honked at. He was using vulgar language like road rage. Wasn’t familiar with the location we were going 2 miles away. Expensive charge. Wouldn’t recommend."

My driver was really chill and actually moved closer to the entrance for me. I will always recommend this taxi service. Also the car was very clean !"

"We were picked up last Saturday. The driver looked up our flight, noticed it landed early, and responded by arriving early. We ended up being delayed on the tarmac until our normal arrival time, and the driver waited without complaint. The car was clean, the driver was quick to get our bags in the car and very polite. I contacted them looking for some pretty last minute transportation. Not only that, but for one of the busiest weekends of the summer. They went ABOVE and beyond to not only find us transportation that would meet our needs, but also work out something that fit our budget. They were always incredibly fast in responses and I truly felt as though I was family to them with the way they spoke to and treated myself and my whole group. We were given all information for our driver ahead of time. He was always early, had great communication, and of course, we felt incredibly safe with his driving. If every company was run the way they are, we would live in a much better world! I would give so many more stars if I could. Thank you guys, and can’t wait to book again soon!!"

"Worst service. So you can pick up a patient. Take the patient who is special needs no less in a wheelchair and refuse to pick them up after the Dr. appointment is done. Horrible Horrible service. Thank goodness for the Dr's office and all their help. Needless to say you never did come and get the patient. Left them high and dry to get their own transportation back home."
