"The rainiest night ever last Wed night my dog is in a life threatening situation.. called every company I could think of Reached Mike with Checker Yellow Cab he was 15 min away.. helped my dog and I reach CV Vets in time to save her life.. I cant see at night , let alone in rain .. she was in pain so I have no idea even if I could have driven how we would have made it! He was without a doubt the most caring person I have ever encountered.. I couldnt even reach my friends ! He was also so understanding and eased our anxiety! I have always liked this company but can assure you have a gem in Mike and I will forever be indepted.. The world needs more Mikes line him on this world❤️Vet said time was on her side because of the time factor Thank you from the bottom of my heart !"

"Same experience as others. I booked a ride in advance to pick me up at 8:10. When I checked the app it just kept saying someone was being assigned. What was even worse was that when I first called I was next in line, and then suddenly I was second in line, and then 3rd in line (I never hung up but somehow kept getting bumped further down the list). Had someone just answered and told me no one was available I could have ordered an Uber much sooner instead of waiting on a service that was never going to answer the phone. If they don’t want taxis to go out of business, I suggest working on customer service and communication."

"We had a pleasant experience with the cab service. The driver was prompt and pleasant. They picked us up for the return trip at the designated time. The van was roomy and clean. The cost is a little expensive, but any cab nowadays is not cheap. There were 4 of us. We had plenty of room."

"On my ride from the airport to the hotel I used the shuttle available at the airport. I feared for my life on that trip. I wasn't too eager to use them for the return to the airport. For my return trip, I contacted Charleston Cab Company. They were quick to respond and get me booked for my return to the airport the morning after I contacted them. I hate having to rely on people to get me where I need to go, and relying on a cab to pick me up left me a bit nervous. I was nervous for no reason. They texted me an ETA before they got there and arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. The drive was stress-free, and the driver was very friendly, and I enjoyed talking with him. If I am ever in the Charleston area again, I plan to use Charleston Cab Company again and would recommend them to anybody needing transportation in the area."

CAE has late flights and it's always nice to know that I have a comfortable, reliable ride home when I'm getting in around midnight. The vehicles have been consistently clean and in great condition and provide excellent service. The staff Pampers customers. Highly recommended."

"We’re so used to Uber and Lyft where we forgot about the old fashion way. I was in Richburg SC to film a wedding and took an Uber there, but unfortunately couldn’t get one back to charlotte.
