"The cab is reliable, they come every day, eventually. This is a med-cab daily trip, they call about an hour ahead of the pickup time. This morning we waited an hour and a half past the pickup time. I don't mind a few min late, but this was a little much. Otherwise, Suburban is great! Polite, kind, friendly, helpful. So much better than any other cab company else we have tried."

"Driver was great. My issue over the past year is even though I schedule a ride at least 4-5 days in advance your dispatch sends my ride late every time. Today I was told 8:15 pick up for a 9:15 appointment. I was picked up at 9:05. This happens almost 100% of the time. The way you dispatch reserved rides is atrocious."

"Do not use this company... Worst customer service experience of my life. Three hours after they said they would arrive, they no-showed causing me to miss my flight. The entire time they strung me along with lie after lie. They said they were "10 - 20" minutes away at least ten times over a 2 hour period. Their payment processing was so shady, that I canceled my credit card the second I realized they were never going to show."
