"If I could give zero stars I would. They don't keep track of their cabs or repossess their equipment when cabs go"rogue". So you get into a van that looks legit only to have the guy say he only takes cash at the end of the fare. Drove recklessly running stop signs, diving wrong side of the street, excessively speeding. The company is doing the public a disservice by not getting their signage and equipment back to keep would be customers safe. I called to report a driver and they could only tell me he was no longer a driver for them. Nashville has been a disappointment in so many areas"

"Tonight got on a cab at after an event and after started driving back to downtown Nashville said it would be $53 - I asked for the meter but he said it was rush hour and they did flat rates. It was just before 10 pm and the total ride was 13 minutes. Called dispatcher who said we were ripped off. If we had not just entered highway I would have left the cab. License plate 06958"

"I have used this service in the past however after booking a reservation a week in advance for a ride to BNA I got a call 20 minutes before I was supposed to be picked up stating they couldn’t come get me and suggested I get an Uber. Highly unprofessional approach that makes me know I will never use these guys in the future. Could have put me in a particularly bad situation in regards to making my flight. ✈️"

"I reached out to Eric practically last minute for a trip across town while my car was in the shop. He was able to accommodate both my husband and I for cheaper than what other ride share companies were charging. The vehicle was clean and free of any weird smells or stains or anything like that. Eric was friendly and made respectful conversation. On the way back he asked us follow up questions about our car and our opinions of that particular repair shop and also gave us some advice on his experiences with car dealerships in the area. Overall, it was a great experience and we actually learned a handful of things from him. Highly recommend."

"Just paid 45 dollars for a 5 minute, sub 1 mile ride. Driver didn't know a popular bar we were heading to, and made me enter the address on Google Maps. Then he had the gall to ask for a tip. There's a reason the apps killed taxis."

"I've been sitting outside a Target waiting for a taxi for 32 minutes. I called 3 times and on the third call I was told the driver tried to call me but no one answered. A complete lie We are tourists from out of the country and rely on services such as this to help us get around and this was a complete fail. It's no wonder people choose Lyft and Uber.
