"I made a time call early this morning to be pick up. At noon and I needed a return trip in a hour after drop off the dispatcher told me to to tell the driver so I did the lady driving car 10 said that she would pick me up in a hour.when I called the cab company the dispatcher named George told me after I explained that I needed to call him and he would have to put me on the board to pick up now this was at 1:20 pm he said he would get me as soon as he could well I called back to find out when I was going to be picked up and I was told that he was going to send me a cab this was at 3pm well my cab finally showed up at 4 pm I looked at the time on my phone and that's what it said so all together 3 hours after my pick up time when I got home unbelievable this is sad"

"Joan, the manager of Tyler Cab was rude to me when I tried to call for another cab, after I'd missed the first one. I'd told the first girl, who was kind, that I was late and needed to schedule another one, but Joan hopped on the line and spoke to me rudely, and then told me I wouldn't get another cab for another 20 to 30 minutes. She wouldn't give me the name of her supervisor and hung up in my face, and so when I called again,I found out through someone else. I will be calling again to speak to her supervisor, Jalal Moharer, to see if this is typical service a customer can expect to receive. All in all, I would not recommend Tyler Cab to anyone needing a ride, unless they wish to receive subpar service and to be disrespected before 10 in the morning."

"I'm very pleased with the ride I got from Tyler Cab Friday. I called and the young woman was very personable and friendly on the phone. Very courteous & respectful. She took my information and within 10 minutes, maybe not even that long, my driver called me to let me know he was only about 8 minutes from me and on his way. He was also very friendly and respectful and he showed up right when he said he would. He was very outgoing and friendly and we had casual conversation on the ride. He drove safely and I have no complaints at all. I only wish I remembered his name so I could compliment him in this review! Very pleased customer!"

"Booked a taxi to the airport the day before for 6am and was told the taxi would be on time, 6am the next day came and there was no taxi. I called the place and the guy said someone was on his way and he'd call them and call me back. 15 minutes passed and no response so I called again and no one was answering the phone. For over half an hour no one showed up, luckily I was able to get an Uber or I wouldn't have made it to my flight. Never go to these guys, absolutely terrible experience."

"They were AMAZING out of all the companies that i called they delivered me to the dallas stars hockey game 2 days ago i called for a cap after i got rejected from all the other companies and they were there on time ! "Never use this undependable company. I booked a cab 24 hours before my pick up date for a ride to the airport for an international flight. The driver never arrived! I called the dispatcher Shawn at the pick up time. I could hear him asking for a driver in the area. It was him I called 24 hours earlier to set up a confirmed pick up. And he was looking for a driver in the area at the time I was to be picked up!!! Never use this company, because you can miss your flight and lose a lot of money."

"They will literally rip you off. The rates on the car show one thing, but once we got in the car the driver gave us a complete different rate! We only need to go half a mile but he said $27 and proceeded to kick us out! Scam."
