"I called the Van company after my car wouldn't start. They arrived at my door in less than 15 minutes. The driver was polite and graceous. We had to to the hospital. When the procedure was finished it took the cab 5 minutes to pick us up to take us home. Exceptional service."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would! They were not polite people. Not willing to wait 5 seconds. They hung up on us multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous! Just very rude man and woman. DO NOT RECOMMEND... especially if you can't speak Spanish, it's worse!"

I have never been so mad , just an hour or so ago I let a man use my phone who had just been in an accident and had to walk from the towing company to me.. I recommend primo,, primo called my phone 15 minutes later and the lady!! Or should I say ignorant lady!!! Said 3 words,, grey car outside ,,then hung up on me,,, I called back and said u hung up on me, I then heard a man in the background saying very angrily he’s not out side, I said he is, they hung up again. I then called back and said I keep getting hung up on, they did it again!!!realy???? This man had the worst day of his life and this pathetic company just made it worse on this poor guy, for 80 bucks to be charged to this man you would thing the service would have been over and beyond professional . I am glad the man used a different service because primo clearly was not at the correct location. I will also be reporting them to the bbb . They never even said how did you hear of us or anything . It was like we were bothering them scumbags .. I will tell others including my mother who has used them also not to use them again, god knows how they treated her!!!"
