"I have taken a cab to the airport before, so I'm familiar with the charges. Today when I got a cab coming out of the airport and the cab driver keyed it in for four riders when I was alone, I asked what it was going to cost. He was rude and evasive, we were already driving, so I felt stuck. When I arrived home he threw in an "extra fee" on top of it all. I was charged more than I've ever paid for an airport ride. I called them and told them what happened , they keyed in my address and said, yeah it should have been $28. The phone operator said a manager would call me back.....heard nothing. I doubt this would have happened if I was male rider. I will be contacting my credit card company to file an official dispute. This driver was unethical at best and it's too bad the company doesn't feel compelled to protect their brand."

"I am not a person that just gives bad reviews. I make it a point to give positive reviews. So I'm not just a disgruntled Ute customer. If I had to go experience this review would have been a lot different. If I could put a zero for this company I would. I was quoted 2.50 a mile not a flag charge on top of mileage. Still without the 2.50 flag should have been 28. 50. I was charged 30.33. My maps should 9.3 miles they go the longest route to get to your destination. They said it was 11.4 miles. Either way I was quoted 2.50 a mile. She couldn't answer why the amounts didn't add up. When I told her I called the guy directly, this I could tell in her voice gave her the out, she said that is considered personal we do t deal with that. They can do whatever they want. My question to her was then why do they have their Ute name all over the place and as she said "it's quoted on the door the 2.50 flag rate". If they have drivers out there that do personal prices and treat customers badly why do they have them use vans/Cars that have their 2.50 flag rate advertised. If the personal drivers "don't need to go by the Ute cab rate system"? Also I told this I this driver I was with a non profit I was helping with a breakfast for 200 people, could he lower the price a little. He said we would figure that out I was under the understanding that we would work out a lower price. The 22.?? And some chang, turned into 30.33 cents. I asked him what happend to working out a lower rate and why was it over the 22. It should have been. He just started yelling at me saying that he had to drive to find it. I said no you drove right to it. Him yelling was something I couldn't have in front of the place I was doing the event. The lady that I was talking to at ute said going the freeway and going bangerter highway was the same distance( which it was not!) It didn't matter if I wanted him to go to bangerter highway instead of the freeway. The diver had to go more East to go the freeway which gave him extra mileage. She said the drivers are supposed to go the way the GPS tells them to go. Ute cab obviously has told the drivers they go the longer way to get more money. She never could come up with the why the numbers didn't add up. She said she's never had complaints about this before. I told her I didn't care about nobody else calling about this before, nobody else is probably noticed it. Now either way was I was a customer on the phone right now telling her. Because she did not get those calls does not mean that someone else did in the call center. My question to Ute cab is you don't have a way of governing your"personal drivers" and they can do whatever they want. Why would you have your name and supposedly your rates on a van or a car that does not need to follow your standards. I would hope your standards are better than this. As of now this company is dishonest does not care about their customers, and don't care to have drivers that follow their guidelines if they have any guidelines. I know other companies that have people that use their name, and that are contractors, however they're supposed to follow that company's guidelines straight across the board. They're not able to make up their own rules. Ute cab is not concerned about how their contracted drivers that use the Ute name charge their customers, or how they treat their customers, I say this Company has a messed up mission I hope everyone reading this will not deal with this company. This is why Uber and Lyft are not only cheaper, they have standards for their drivers!"

"In ER waited an hour, Saturday night. Apparently none of the cab drivers wanted to leave their bread and butter at the airport. Should be in order of calls! Called Uber, picked up in 7 minutes. Excellent driver, clean car. If I wasn't feeling so bad I would have thought of Uber first."

"Hi, I’m an assistant manager at an apartment complex here in Murray and this company has been horrible! They leave their business cards daily on both sides of our property mailboxes, breezeways, apartment doors and even on our property lawn daily. My team this morning picked up 78 business cards scattered by our residents mailboxes and breezeways. When my maintenance supervisor visitor called to complain, they were extremely unprofessional, rude and hung up on my staff member when he called to complain about all the daily issues we are having with their business cards on our property.. the picture below is just from todays amount left on our property.. what a shame."
