"I am an easy going person for the most part, I try my best not to say anything negative but I gotta admit this is a terrible cab company.. I had an important appointment to get to, I called 2 hours ahead of time for a cab, the dispatcher told me it will take 45 minutes, 2 hours passed by and I had no choice but to reschedule my important appointment for another week due to the tardiness of this cab company. "Crazy expensive per person one way and cheaper and more convenient to take a bus, or train or even rent a car for the price of traveling with 8-10 people from upstate to NYC. You'll have more amenities taking a bus or train and get to where you need to go quicker. I remember years ago, this was the best option to go door to door from upstate NY to downstate NY. Now you pay almost double what it costs, then one way, and they drop you off in Manhattan to fend for yourself. If you need to eat or hit the restroom, they would have to stop for all of that which extends your trip, vs paying a few extra dollars to have it all on-board and get to you final destination quicker. Maybe in a decade, they'll be prime again. Definitely wasn't an option for us for that kind of money. Hope others have a better experience!"
