"Terrible second rate cab company. Because of where I was at I was forced to use Global Cab. Downloaded the app for a trip to Virginia and scheduled to be picked up from the airport at 3:30. Finally at 4:45 the cab arrived. No call or message to tell me they were running late and then the driver had the nerve to ask for a tip. Then on the return to the airport I scheduled to be picked up at 8:45. Finally at 9:30 the cab arrived but I received a message 15 min earlier at 9:15 that he had arrived. What a scam…if you have the option, use ANYONE except Global Cab"

"Made reservations for a cab for 4:45am. It was a very short ride. No one showed up. Called the company, dispatcher said he did not have any drivers nearby, and they were bidding for the ride. In other words, to short of a distance for them. Poor service."

"We didn't know that payment through the link in the text sent by Yellow Cab for this ride didn't go through. Without following up with us Red Top / Yellow Cab banned us from future pickups. No call or text asking to clear up problem, just denial of service when we called for a subsequent ride. Waiting for Red Top management to call us back. Until then we're using alternatives. The ride itself was great. We left the driver a generous tip in the payment that didn't go through. Would like to get this cleared up."
