"I've had several instances with the Seattle yello cab company, but today's was the worst. We prebooked a ride to the capitol hill light rail station and he started taking us to the airport because he saw our luggage and assumed we were going there. Thankfully, we were going to the airport, but I wasn't looking to spend an additional $35 to go there. We pointed this out to our driver and he insisted on taking us to the airport. We then explicitly said to take us to the light rail station, or the next closest station, and again he refused saying he'd give us a discount to go to the airport. Not only did this cost us more money, it made me feel unsafe as he did not do what we asked of him. That could have been dangerous. He cancelled the booking through Seattle yellow cab and we paid him via square. I went ahead and paid the fare because I didn't want him driving off with our luggage. I don't have the drivers name but we were in cab 304. Moral of the story: spent more money than we wanted, felt unsafe, and now there is limited record of it in their system. We need something better."

"These guys seriously saved me when I was in a pinch. I had scheduled an Uber to pick me up at 4:30 AM to take me to the airport. It turned out there were no Ubers available, and I was nervous I would miss my flight. Luckily, I found Vancouver Cab online and called them. They answered immediately even though it was 4 AM and sent someone to pick me up within 20-30 minutes. Our driver was friendly and safe. Definitely recommend this cab company.
