"Confirmed a pick up time and date 2 weeks prior to the event. Company confirmed arrangements 3 days before the event. Showed up 10 minutes late. After several phone calls, when they finally answered the phone, we were told they were running late. It would have been nice if they would have contacted us to let us know this. On a good note the driver was nice. We then had a confrontation that they would pick us up at the venue at a certain time to take us home. 20 minutes after pickup time and no phone call from the company our ride had still not arrived. I would never recommend this company!!! There was no communication between company and customer. Leaving clients stranded is not a good way to do business!!!!"

"I heavily rely on cab transportation and this company has been very stressful. I had booked many hours in advance for my cab to get me for my job and they have been 30-1hr late. I recommend using a different company because this company is not reliable if you need to be somewhere on time. I also think it’s ridiculous that the customer service is AI and I can’t even talk to a real person."

"Rescued by Mountain Taxi’s Les! After a short stop at a rest stop 20 miles south of Clarksburg WV my faithful Buick SUV would not restart. So, my wife and granddaughter and I were stranded. AAA offered to tow the car to a GM dealer in Clarksburg but could not take the family there. GM’s OnStar offered no useful help. Rest stop attendant Eugene Googled and found nearby Mountain Taxi. I called, Les answered, and he agreed to take the ladies to Clarksburg. He got them there just in time for my wife to rent a car and a room for the night. Les rescued us and we are very grateful!"

"They might improve once they get another car out of the garage and on the road. They only have one vehicle to taxi people around. They gave me an eta for a pick up, called back and extended the eta, after waiting hours for a pick up that never came. They called me back, said sorry for the inconvenience but it’s time to service our vehicle. We can have the next shift pick you up in 2 more hours. I declined to wait any longer for them after I had been waiting 4 hours already. If you actually need a ride I would recommend not calling WeirCove Taxi. You may not go anywhere if you choose this Taxi service ☹️"

"Called to get a ride and the guy wouldn't answer any of my questions regarding rates and if I was able to schedule a pickup time. Instead, I was rudely told to "call back in an hour" after both questions. I understand they may have been busy, but there's no reason I can't at least get a simple yes or no and told cost. If you can't answer questions for me by phone then I recommend getting a better system that lists pricing and to schedule rides on their website!!"

"Car smelled like smoke. Would be nice to know and would be helpful to be have the option to not smell like smoke at the end of the ride. However driver was efficient and nice. He told me about the $5.00 card fee which I fully appreciated since that wasn’t mentioned to me on the phone when i ordered the ride. (a bit of an astronomical price for a card fee)"
