Please give him a raise, he definitely deserves it. And please tell the people who smoke cigarettes to not smell like they do. "I've never done a review before but my child takes your taxi to school every morning and the driver (Christopher P in 109) has been nothing but great towards my child so I wanted to share my experience. I've also called in a couple of times in the morning to check in on our ride and the girl who answers the phone at that time is one of the most helpful and nicest people I've spoken to over the phone. "1st. time Ever using a Taxi, did not want to use Uber. Had to be at Hospital at 5am, So I figured 45 minutes as a safety margin. I Was Not Disappointed, Paul (owner) picked me up on time, despite the early time. I was Impressed and any apprehensions I had (no one showing up etc.) are forgotten. "Had an early AM flight and I was picked up promptly at 2:30am as requested and driven in the cleanest car I’ve seen in a bit. Signage on the car was good. Would drive with them again! Price was comparable to Uber/Lyft but the service was unmatched. As a single woman I felt completely safe in the car. No speeding, and followed all traffic laws."

"Excellent service. I am a disabled resident of Sun Prairie. Union Cab has been getting me to my appointments, jobs and my shopping needs for over ten years. They are excellent about being on time. Yesterday snow made for difficult travel so I ordered my rides ahead of time and they came through both getting me to my destination and back home. Drivers are courteous, on time and remember me. I would not choose any other business for my transportation needs."

"Very frustrating experience. Ordered a cab and called back after 40 minutes and the dispatcher refused to give me a time estimate because “I would be disappointed if the time estimate was incorrect.” I would much prefer transparency and honesty and waiting around and twiddling my fingers. When I called Madison Taxi they immediately told me very honestly that there would be a several hour wait, which I appreciated. I cannot say the same for this business."

"Very rude and disrespectful. On 12/20/24 I called for a cab at 6:30am this morning to be picked up at 7:30am and why the cab never showed up and never reached out saying they were running late or they couldn’t make it .. I called to see where the cab driver was and they acted as if I never reached out for a cab and then had the nerve to hang up on my face & I e tried calling back and they kept sending me to voicemail & then called me off a what’s up app saying they can be there in 15mins which makes me late to work after I’ve reached out @6:30am this morning. I wouldn’t recommend the service and they are not reliable in my opinion. Bad service and customer service."
