"Not good experience. I called for a taxi. Mind you I'm coming from the emergency room in St. John hospital. The cab driver states he called me 4 times. The phone is in my hand however it's not ringing I guess because of service in the hospital. He then comes back and repeats himself and then show me the phone. I explained I'm not feeling well and I don't wanna go back and forth. He still going . Then asked me to pay up front or he's not taking me. I got out the cab and walked on a rainy night and I'm not well."

"I ordered a cab for my son to gorton high school first they said five mins then took 20 mins then they claimed my son wasn’t there. I called them they said they will send someone else and now another 20 mins. It’s 29 degrees out and my son has been waiting for over 40 mins and they don’t even bother. The worse service ever, that’s why uber and Lyft are taking over. Disgusted"

"I have used this car service since I can remember. It was always been reliable and consistent pricing. It does take them a while to get to my pick up but I think it’s just because they are busy but besides that always on point with their ETA."

"I call cabs because the transportation is so bad in Yonkers & a 15 min ride is 90 mins by bus. Well twice the guy said the cab should be here any minute. Cab never showed up. Luckily i had enough time to call an uber and still get to work on time. If you dont have a cab be honest. Dont mess up someones day by lying."

"Extremely unreliable. I usually call Azteca on my way to work sometimes for leisure activities (bars, to the mall, etc) and I have noticed that the only thing they have a knack for being consistent with is tardiness. Regardless, I still end up calling because the bills gotta get paid. However; today I called for a ride and a gentlemen answered. I told him my location and destination; he responded assuring me my cab would arrive in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I phoned Azteca again to inquire the location of my taxi. The same gentlemen answered and said “lemme check for you” and immediately hung up. I tried calling back several times and they never answered. I will not b using their services any longer and it pains me because being without a vehicle I don’t have the luxury to excommunicate any cab or taxi service however Azteca has no sense of customer service or any general respect for others. Please; rely on their services at your own risk"

"I recently Called a cab for a patient with a service dog and the poor woman was almost dragged away when the cab driver locked the car doors and took off immediately when he saw her dog. Then when I called to report him I was told that she had to wait ,on top of the 40 mins she had already waited, because he had no available cars. Disgusting."
