"Ordered a cab the night before for trip to airport in the morning. Didn’t show up so called and they said they’re searching for a van in my area. I asked if one was definitely coming and they just repeat themselves that they are searching for a van in our area. ended up ubering instead! Won’t make this mistake next time."

"Absolutely horrible service every single time we called a cab. The first time we waited so long that we ended up taking a bus. The second time we requested a van to Costco as we had six bins and two passengers. We waited in the cold for over two hours. A cab driver did show up after we repeatedly called, asking how much longer and he took one look at us and our bins and said oh this won’t fit and left. 2 1/2 hours later we finally get two cabs back to our hotel/we paid for 2 cabs rather than getting a SUV we requested. We requested a pick up at 5:30 AM 10 hours in advance. The cab did not show up. We even called at 4 AM to double check that a cab would be there as we had a flight to catch. The cab driver (#116) that arrived said he was not notified until after 6:00 am. He was awesome and really tried to get us to the airport on time but we missed our flight. We will rent a car or call Uber in the future. This was the worst cab service we have ever encountered."

"My mother and I visited Fairbanks, Alaska prior to a cruise in early September 2024. As we exited our hotel, the cab was sitting outside disembarking another customer. The driver kindly asked us to wait for a few seconds while he finished up his business, and as we proceeded in getting in the car, we were met with a pleasant surprise—his writing companion was a little black Chihuahua named Spooky. The little dog was the highlight of our morning and the driver who goes by initials that I just can’t remember right now was simply wonderful. He took us on a quick trip to Walmart and even agreed to wait for us as we did lightning quick shopping to return back to the hotel as we were soon to leave the city on a charter. I did not want too much time to pass without sharing our account of this wonderful individual and his traveling companion. He is a true asset to King Taxi and he was kind enough to take a photo that I told him I would post online with a positive review."

"At the last minute I needed a ride to the airport. After speaking with the dispatcher she told me my ride would be there in 20 minutes, maybe less. In about 10 minutes time my cab picked me up and delivered me to the airport. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. I will use their services again if I am in Fairbanks."

"Today was our first experience with Alaska Cab. Reservations person sent a van to accommodate two fish boxes and large suitcase. Amanda, our driver, loaded and unloaded our boxes and suitcase at the Kenai airport. She was friendly and personable during our ride. We’re pleased with our experience and will use Alaska Cab again. For next time though, we will reserve for half hour earlier in case of unexpected delays due to previous customers. Thank you, Alaska Cab! Aloha from your Hawaii Friends"

"Alaska Cab was used for an airport pickup and drop off at a local residence. Then a pick up and return to airport within a small window. Alaska cab took the reservation, arrived on time for all transport, and billed the credit card on file. Kay and Breeanna in the office were exceptional to work with and did not get frustrated with my many appt adjustments! Highly recommend for any travel needs."

"I called in the morning to make a reservation for 4pm. We set everything up- my name, address, destination, people, etc. Before we hung up I asked approximately how much it would be, she said $26. She then said I should call Juneau Taxi and get a price from them. I explained I called and they said $28 so I would just book with her over the phone since we were talking. She again said I should call Juneau taxi. I told her I did but I wanted to book with her. She was pushing the other taxi company so I asked if I still had a reservation with her, she said “No, call Juneau taxi” and hung up. Not sure what happened in the 10 seconds after we confirmed booking but she canceled our reservation."
