My husband left his contact lenses here in Texas prior to leaving for his trip to Kansas City, MO. & so I was able to find emergency pairs of contact lenses in his prescription at an eye care place but I needed to find someone that would be able to pick them up and drop them off to him at the location he was at, as he was too busy with work to be able to go get them himself, especially since the eye care place was going to be closing soon and they are closed the next day. Luckily I google searched and was able to find Local Budget Cab Co and Jacob was able to help me get these contact lenses from point A to point B, for my husband. I work at a hospital and called for a patient who needed a ride home and this man answered and said that it would be several hours from now for one to show up. I said ok and please come whenever possible, as the patient would have to wait regardless. He then told me that I would have to call back at 6 when they're there.. Which didn't make sense and then he said, "And you need to stop calling this number." Um, excuse me? 👎👎👎... If you need a ride around here, use anyone but this guy!"
