"Big Blue Taxi is my go to when I need a ride. I started using them a couple of years ago when we were having car problems and I needed to get my fiance to work asap! I called Big Blue and they promptly showed up and got her to work on time. She was working in Winchester at the time and they even cut me a break on the cost. Randy the Owner is a solid guy and easy to deal with."

I guess they must have the same owner who saw the review and tried to contact me. How shady and rude, though. Even children know not to call people they don't know after 9 PM. Completely ridiculous."

"Taxi #7 picked me up I'm LA Grange. Took me to Louisville. The car had no AC and bad wheel bearings I thought we were gonna break down. I then was dropped at the wrong motel at 230 am. It was an emergency case. Although the driver had the exact address for the right motel. I was charges $114 gave a$26 tip went into the motel just to find out it was not the right one. I immediately texted him and told him he brought me to the wrong place he turned around and picked me up in less than 5 min took me 7 miles down the road and charged me $40 because of his mistake. I gave him a $20 and told him to put the tip I gave towards my new fair I was being unfairly charged. This was by far the worst and most expensive ride I have ever had to go 27 miles cost me $160 in a a vehicle that would not be up to anyone's standards. Please don't use the car service and if it is an emergency as it was for me do not use this driver."
