"I had the worst round trip ride of my life. Over charged and the driver snatched my phone and did something when I asked for a receipt. August 17 2024. I've been a customer for over 30 years. He was rude and I was afraid. I never will ride with a African again. You lost a great customer! He was a bad 🍎. My Niece worked for ztrip 20+. Something needs to be done about this guy."

"Reserved ztrip for pick up at Lied Center at 10::35 pm. No driver showed up and when I called ztrip was told “no available driver”. We waited more than an hour but ztrip could not find a driver to pick us up! Apparently a reservation does not guarantee a driver will show up!!!"

No transparency about his arrival time and lack of communication throughout the process, which left my already anxious daughter (first time flyer) twisting in the wind at the airport while he handled his other business. This is a very small and unprofessional organization, and I would advise that you choose another company or just call an Uber."

"Totally unreliable. I called a day ahead and made an appointment for a pickup at my apartment. The driver simply never showed up. I called the company twice while waiting and they had no explanation or backup driver. They just said "we don't know where he is and he doesn't answer his phone." That's the level of people they hire. In the first call, the dispatcher claimed he would call me back right away but I waited with no call, so I finally called back myself. Still no service. I stood in front of my building for half an hour with no ride. I had to scramble at the last minute to get to work. My supervisor was understanding or I could have been written up. I have no idea how this company has a 4.2 star average at the moment when so many of the reviews are 1 star. I wouldn't use this company again in a million years. Edit: I see the owner replied to my review, claiming they don't use dispatchers. I spoke to someone in the office multiple times. I never once spoke to a driver. The driver was completely unreachable. If the employee in the office isn't known as a "dispatcher" then OK, so what? Is it the responsibility of the customer to figure out how you run your business? No, I won't be contacting management on your website about something that happened months ago. There are other cab companies, plus Uber or Lyft, I can use. Get your act together and hire better people."

"A lot of this reviews are not matching the service that we got yesterday. Very easy going guy, picked us up in 20 minutes, we were able to pay over the phone with credit card. We had like 150 miles long trip that passed like one second. Would definitely recommend this service!"

"Absolute bottom of barrel company. My female driver bringing me home didn't understand the meaning of speed limits. She drove 40-45 down Saddle Creek. (Saddle Creek is 35mph) She made sharp turns that caused me to be moved from side to side in my seat. This is the second time I've seen a windshield crack from the complete end of one of the windshield to the other side. If a small rock hits it...the driver is gone and then perhaps the passenger too. This was my second and last time being kerfuffled up with this company and I NEVER want to use this GARBAGE company again."

"Two days in a row I had this company to go to Lincoln. First day I had a lady name Charlet. She was on time, safe driver and waited for me. 2nd day they said someone named James was coming to pick me up. A guy named Dan picked me up and was 20 minutes late. Every time he stepped on the brakes it was so hard it shook your body. I called the company to tell them I was ready to be picked up at 2:10. I called again 30 minutes later and said driver would be there in 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours to be picked up .wayne was my driver and a very nice man. Very disappointed in this company"
