"I really like Dakota taxi and have utilized their services quite a bit but right now I'm struggling to figure out how to get to and from work my car broke down and I work at 130 am so im going to work at last call Bar close which I totally understand that is very busy time for the cabs However I don't want to lose my job I just started and don't know how to get to Deadwood from lead. Should I call earlier and get picked up earlier I'm fine w that but idk it can be a little frustrating being a local trying to get to work although I do understand at the time I go to work is very busy time for the cab services but what should a person do when they have no other options I don't want to lose my job. And I'm not complaining I'm just trying to find a solution otherwise they're a great service great drivers friendly I never feel unsafe"

"Very unprofessional, drivers drive erratic and have no care for others on the road. Cut me off and then slammed on the breaks and then flipped me off and kept driving like a maniac. They also kept swerving in and out of lanes while trying to force me off the road. I will be sure to not recommend them to my guests and business professionals."

"My wife and I went backpacking through Black Elk Peak and intended to do the full 30 mile wilderness loop and realized about a quarter of the way through that this trail and distance was way above our skill level so we hiked out to a nearby horse camp thinking we’d be able to get a taxi back to where we were parked. There were no Ubers, Lyfts, or Taxis in the area and my wife and we were getting concerned at this point because of how exhausted we were getting back to our vehicle on foot would have been very unsafe. I called CITY CAB even though they were based about 50 minutes away and explained our situation. The owner/driver sounded genuinely concerned, immediately agreed to do it, offered to bring us water etc. which I was just blown away by. He was up front about the price due to how far it was, which was extremely reasonable and a lot less than I thought it was going to be. He was there quickly and stayed in communication about his distance. When he got there, he was super personable the whole ride back to our vehicle and again, was genuinely concerned about our situation. This guy was a serious life saver and I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!"

"Completely unreliable! I called the day before to insure my ride to the watertown airport and was reassured there would be no issue. Nobody showed up and when I called I was told her alarm didn't go off and was told there was nothing she could do. Now I've missed my flight and my tickets are nonrefundable due to a missed flight. Basically she's left me high and dry in Minnesota. This is now costing me alot of money and I may lose my employment back home. DO NOT TRUST NEED A RIDE!"

"The driver littered behind our work building in the parking lot after dropping someone off. Straight broad day light too. He rolled his window down and threw out a milkshake right behind my car. Very lazy act of humanity and sad! He must've not knew I was on break and crying in my car."

"I personally didn’t deal with them but my buddy did. We requested a specific time and he showed up 45 minutes early. Buddies phone was on the charger so he missed the calls and when we called him back after we noticed him pulling out of the drive way he was extremely rude. Again why would we be expecting him to show up 45 min early? Unprofessional."

"Says they're open 24hrs. When I called I was sent to vm. 👎🏼 I've been w/o a vehicle for almost 3 months since my accident. I work nights. Finding ANY TAXI /CAB in sioux falls that will even answer their phone has been a complete let down. If you look in phone book, or Google cabs/taxis in SF, they ALL say 24hrs. I have YET to find one to even answer their phones when I get off at 2:30-3am. Over a 3 month span. So it's not like it was just a 1 night thing. In a city of this size, it's a shame I can't call a cab after bar time. Embarrassing"
