"Extremely unreliable, incompetent or crooked. Pre-charged me for the entire amount of upcoming trailhead to trailhead trip, 3 weeks before trip. Day before when I am in Yellowstone from out of State and call to confirm pickup -- they claim to come get me it will be almost 3X that amount. Claim that there computer messed up the quote, which could be understandable but to tell someone hours before pickup that it is 3X or good luck finding a ride. Back against a wall, I had to pay and only knocked off 10% or 2.4X more than original agreed upon and paid price. Driver then showed up on time and was pleasant but do not trust organization."

Left message and email afterwards to understand what happened but never heard back. They had been reliable but something has changed that they are now totally unreliable and unresponsive."

I have used this wonderful service daily for almost a year and has NEVER denied me a ride because of who I am NOT friends with like snowy range taxi service. "Called the day before and scheduled pickup for 7am the next morning. Confirmed this 3 times that they would be here to pick up as bus ride was scheduled for 730am. They did not show up until 7:28am and client missed the bus. No accountability. This happened on a Thursday and there isnt another bus until next Tuesday. Client has an emergency appointment scheduled for 4:00pm today that he will now miss. We paid for a wasted bus ticket and Cody Cab is unwilling to reimburse us the difference. Very poor service."
